Come explore Ukrainian choral music. Vocal technique and interpretation will be the focus of the workshop while rekindling the joy of music. Knowledge of Ukrainian language and ability to read music are not essential. Bring lunch and a mat for the floor. Everyone 12 years and older is welcome.
Canadian-born soprano Sophia Alexandrova Meroniuk brings extensive European and North American experience to her career as a singer, pianist, teacher and adjudicator. She has received degrees from the San Francisco Conservatory and the University of Manitoba and also post graduate diplomas from University of Toronto and the Moscow Conservatoire.
